If you’re wondering what are the best areas known for skiing and other winter activities that can lead to solid investment opportunities, then a brand new list shows you just where the most profitable winter vacation rentals are.
According to a new report from Vacasa, a property management company, there is now data to show exactly that. They examined 12 months’ worth of rental and sales data in 135 U.S. markets where the company or its subsidiaries manage at least 50 units — nearly 10,500 properties in all and have now broke it down into a list of the 10 best United States locations to where to buy a profitable winter rental emerged.
